Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags, labels, and shoe boxes are included and undamaged.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
